"Fairly widespread/widespread light/moderate rainfall with isolated heavy falls and thunderstorm/lightning very likely over Uttarakhand and West Uttar Pradesh during 23rd-25th and East Uttar Pradesh during 23rd, 25th and 26th September," IMD said.
