The syndicate members of the Calicut University have complained to Governor P Sathasivam against vice chancellor K Mohammed Basheer for alleged unilateral adjournment of Monday's syndicate meeting before it could consider a syndicate inquiry report against the director of varsity physical education department in connection with lapses in handling a ragging complaint.
